CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION FEES:
50% fee for same day cancellations (6 hours notice)
100% fee for failure to attend appointment with less than 6 hours notice
Client who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’ and therefore will incur the full cost of treatment.
If you incur a cancellation fee, the fee will be invoiced by email and due in 7 days, otherwise pay via phone. You will NOT be charged a fee if we can fill your changed/cancelled appointment time. You are welcome to send a friend to take your appointment to avoid these fees.
MASSASGE SATISFACTION (REFUND) POLICY:
At Serenity Massage and Spa, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, within the first 10 minutes of your massage, you are not satisfied with the experience, you are welcome to request a change of therapist or opt for a full refund. Please note that no refunds will be issued after the initial 10 minutes of the session.
We value your comfort and strive to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience during your visit.
LATE POLICY:
Arriving late may result in shorter treatment time or loss of appointment, no refund will be offered.
